Meet Our Director
Hi, I’m Donna Guna, your Center Director at Sunnybrook Day School. I bring two decades of expertise to the role. My robust background and a passionate commitment to fostering young minds allows me to enrich learning opportunities within safe and nurturing environments. I believe that a solid foundation in early childhood is crucial for the future success of children.
Originally from central Virginia, I moved to Virginia Beach after graduating from college, where I quickly fell in love with the area and am deeply engaged with community organizations. On the home front, I am married with two daughters, ages 19 and 17. My household also includes a dog, a cat, and dozens of fish. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and exploring the outdoors, embracing the beauty of nature and the joy of family life.
